Australian Timber Trainers Association
The Executive Committee is elected each year on the last day of the annual ATTA Workshop. Nominations for executive committee positions are open to all current financial members.
The current committee members are as follows:
Rob is the manager of Timber Training Creswick, and has been involved with ATTA since 1999, including a stint as president of the association. Rob brings both management and timber processing expertise to the operations of ATTA.
Director of Timber Training Tasmania, providing health and safety advice, environmental advice and training and assessment to the forestry, civil contracting, agricultural mining and local government industries.
Terri has had many years working in the mining industry as a Human Resources Consultant. With a postgraduate degree in Human Resources from Curtin University, Terri’s experience includes HR systems and process improvement strategies plus many other general HR practices. Terri live in Mandurah, Western Australia.
Director of Towie Timber Training, a business specialising in safety and training Bill is a trained forester of 35 years, with experience in training resource development, and OHS policy formulation and implementation. Bill lives in Mandurah, WA.
Adam is the head of department of forestry at the Forest Industry Training Centre (TAFE NSW Riverina Institute). His specialisations are forestry, harvesting and chainsaw operation. Adam lives at Tumut, NSW.
General Manager of LITA Training based in Mount Gambier, South Australia. Andy has been involved in forestry training, specialising in Tree Falling and OH&S for 37 years. He is also the founding member and inaugural president of ATTA.
June is the general manager for Fitec Australia Pty Ltd and possesses a wealth of knowledge and over 15 years of managing Registered Training Organisations (RTO) including business, retail, and customer service qualifications to high risk training/licensing, workplace health and safety and more.
